My flight was delayed at first, and after 7 hours cancelled altogether. What was supposed to be a two step four hour journey turned out to be a 24 hour delay. A short email exchange with basic information was enough and my compensation was in my account three days later. EUflight.de handles everything else and I can go on with my life. It doesn't get any easier than that.
