Terrible experience
I made the unfortunate decision to make an operation with them. I met Mark Finkenrath who “helped” me with the process. He’s a salesman and put everything in wonderful terms. The operation was a disaster the doctor in Düsseldorf absolutely incompetent and I ended up with big scars, no hair and they even overcharged me after we set up the costs. Terrible service, twice as expensive as in any other place like Istanbul where you can get the latest technology. They don’t have it in Düsseldorf not even a scan of your sculp you’d get and they will just take your money and disappear. If you read this please stay far away from Mark and his team. They sell roses and you get all the opposite they promise. I hope other honest man read this so they don’t get end up with scars and no hair like me. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
