Friendly contact, fast delivery and extra sweets

I was looking for a certain product, which I found with this company.
In my order form I overlooked to add my house number.
Patina contacted me by phone and together we completed the shipping address.
The package arrived in time, the product was nicely and securely wrapped and some extra sweets added.
That was a very nice move.
