amazing job - bilingual

Melanie did an amazing job during the bilingual workshop with one of our German teams. We worked together in co-facilitation, providing the Lencioni Pyramid “the 5 dysfunctions of a team”. Melanie has a natural talent in balancing warmth with strength and perseverance, leading the group through resistance to necessary points in a very professional way. I can recommend Melanie in every way! I am already looking forward in working together again during new training assignments in Germany.
