Selten so gute Beratung bekommen! Angebot von sich aus noch mal verbessert! Einfach Top!
Ich, Daniel, wollte nach Jahren (fast 10 Jahre!) des AIDA-Entzugs, mal wieder aufs Schiff und hab mich an Clubschiff.de gewendet. Mit denen hatte ich immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht und die haben mich, auch nach 10 Jahren, nicht enttäuscht!

Schnelle und sehr gute Beratung per Mailverkehr, nette Kontakte auch und kompetente Übergabe von einem Kundenberater zum nächsten. Das ist bei weitem nicht selbstverständlich!
Es wurde mein Fall immer sofort gefunden, man wusste über alles bescheid nach kurzem Datenabgleich und ich kann nur sagen: Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und aufgebhoben.

Und das Beste ist: Es wurde, von denen aus, mir ein besseres Angebot gegeben ob wohl ich mich bereits im Zusageprozess für ein vorheriges, sehr gutes, Angebot von denen befand.
Das ist absolut alles andere als selbstverständlich und beweist nur, dass diese Leute wirklich das Familiäre, was AIDA aus macht, verkörpern und ihren Namen "Clubschiff.de Das Original" wirklich mehr als gerecht werden.
