Unkomplizierter und netter Service
Auf meine Anfrage wurde sehr freundlich reagiert und mir wurden unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten angeboten.
Das Gerät Daysy funktioniert prima und hat eine tolle Übersicht in der dazugehörigen App. Das Gerät für meine Tochter Teena wurde auch wie gewünscht mitgeschickt und wird nun von ihr ausprobiert.
Das hormonfreie Konzept der Geräte ist genial. Ich benutze es seit 10 Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden!

Super netter und kompetenter Service - Sehr zufrieden!!!
Nachdem ich schwanger geworden bin und mein Kind bekommen habe, habe ich meine Daysy nicht mehr benutzt. Infolgedessen ist der Akku kaputt gegangen und die Daysy war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Ich habe den Kundenservice angeschrieben und die Option bekommen, meine Daysy einzuschicken und eine Rückmeldung zu erhalten, ob ein Akkuwechsel für knapp 60 EUR möglich ist oder nicht. Glücklicherweise hat das bei meiner Daysy funktioniert. Der Kundenservice hat sehr schnell geantwortet, stand mit mir während der gesamten Prozesses in Verbindung, war sehr kompetent und nett. Ich bin mit dem gesamten Service sehr zufrieden gewesen und würde die Firma jedem mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Beide Daumen hoch!!!

Batterie von Daysy war leer
Leider habe ich in meiner Schwangerschaft vergessen meine Daysy zu laden. Als ich dann wieder starten wollte, war der Akku komplett tot. Ich konnte meine Daysy einschicken und sie wurde kostenlos (ich hatte noch Garantie) "wiederbelebt". Super schneller Kontakt und schnelle Bearbeitung/Rücksendung.
