Schnell und qualitativ super
Super Service mit schneller Abwicklung von Bestellung bis Lieferung. Aber was noch wichtiger ist: das Produkt, in diesem Fall die Heckbrenner-Abdeckung für Broil King 590, sieht cool aus, passt genau und erfüllt meine Erwartungen total.

Zeer teleurstellende klantenservice bij een bestelling van rond de €1.000.
Ik bestelde hier een complete gepersonaliseerde vuurton/set. Tijdens het bestelproces was voor mij absoluut niet duidelijk dat de zwarte uitvoering die bij het product wordt getoond nog apart betaald moest worden. Pas daarna kreeg ik te horen dat hiervoor €79 extra moest worden betaald. Na meerdere mails bleef Grillrost hier zeer principieel in, terwijl ze in een reactie zelf erkenden dat de details tijdens het bestellen voor mij niet duidelijk waren. Uiteindelijk heb ik de €79 betaald omdat ik de ton zwart nodig had.

Tijdens deze discussie ontving ik zelfs per ongeluk een interne mail waarin over mij werd geschreven: “hij wil gewoon de lak niet betalen”. Dat vond ik bijzonder onprofessioneel, omdat mijn punt juist was dat de extra kosten tijdens het bestellen onvoldoende duidelijk waren.

Helaas ging het daarna opnieuw mis. Voor de personalisatie heb ik Grillrost mijn correcte logo als PDF aangeleverd, met de tekst:

“LUXURY BITES FOR UNFORGETTABLE EVENTS”

Grillrost heeft dit bestand zelf verwerkt tot een productieontwerp. Daarbij hebben zij zonder dat ik daarom heb gevraagd een letter uit het woord gehaald, waardoor op de geleverde ton nu staat:

“UNFOGETTABLE EVENTS”

Ik heb de proef helaas goedgekeurd zonder die ontbrekende letter op te merken. Dat erken ik. Maar het blijft een feit dat het originele bestand dat ik heb aangeleverd correct was en dat de fout tijdens de verwerking door Grillrost in hun ontwerp is ontstaan.

Hun oplossing? €50 korting, een tegoedbon van €100, of nogmaals €359 betalen voor een nieuwe ton. De nieuwe lak zouden ze dan “uit coulance” niet opnieuw berekenen.

Ik vind dat geen redelijke oplossing voor een fout die is ontstaan bij het overnemen van correct aangeleverd artwork.

Het product zelf ziet er verder degelijk uit, maar mijn ervaring met de communicatie, de onduidelijke extra kosten en vooral de manier waarop met fouten wordt omgegaan is helaas zeer teleurstellend.

Super Service und Produkt
Der gelieferte Grillrost passt perfekt und ist sehr gut zu reinigen. Der Service ist auch toll. Sie haben mir 4 Schrauben, die nicht im Lieferkatalog standen, ungefragt und schnell zugeschickt.

Fettwanne Enders Monroe Pro
Tolles Produkt, wie man es von Grillrost.com gewohnt ist passt es Millimeter genau zum Enders Monroe Pro 3 Grill. Zwei negative Punkte habe ich leider, zum einen fehlt mir die Auffangwanne ((leider nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) und zum zweiten sollte die Halterung für die Auffangwanne gedreht werden damit man die Wanne von vorne entnehmen kann.
Trotz der zwei negativen Punkte habe ich 5 Sterne vergeben weil es eine tolle Fettwanne ist die man auch super reinigen kann.
