Besonders hat mir die schnelle und aussagekräftige Antwort auf meine Supportanfrage gefallen, herzlichen Dank dafür.
Ebenso würde ich Sie weiterempfehlen. Ihr Kontrollcenter ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber sonst ist alles prima.

Erstklassiger Service und günstige Preise
Bin von meinem bisherigen Hoster zu Manitu gewechselt, da ich hier Hosting bei einer Firma mit Firmensitz in der EU habe und nicht jenseits des Atlantiks bei einem Hoster, der seine Kunden mit seltsamen Dingen aus dem Hause Microsoft zwangsbeglücken will.
Der Wechsel ging problemlos und sehr schnell, und die Services sind deutlich perfomanter als beim alten Hoster.

Alles super.
Nutze derzeit Webhosting in Verbindung mit Joomla.
Mehrere Datenbanken nutzbar, so daß man Projekte klar abtrennen kann.

Kampfpreise trotz hoch qualitativer Produkte
Gut:
- ssh Zugang und ein haufen guter tools in (/usr)/bin e.g. git
- freie Wahl zwischen sftp und ftps
- Basiert auf Gentoo einer der elegantesten Linux distributionen die ich neben Guix benutzen durfte.
- funktioniert mit meinem Swissbit iShield Key ohne probleme, nicht so wie bei H******
- UI ist simpel, nicht überladen aber dennoch gut zu verstehen und benutzerfreundlich.
- Preis
Ich hoste jetzt die Website einiger Freunde dort die vorher bei Scharlatanen (Ionos) lag. Das ganze kostet im jahr bei Manitu etwa das was es bei dem anderen Saftladen jeden Monat gekostet hat. Dazu gibt es aber jetzt aber noch Nextcloud, keinen Geiz mit Letsencrypt Zertifikaten (warum auch immer man damit geizen sollte?), 20 mal so viele Mailadressen und weit mehr Zugänge die man vergeben kann.
Die Werbung und einen nerfigen AI assistent der versucht einem die DNS-records zu sabotieren gibts hier nicht beim Nutzerportal und das ist auch besser so!

Schlecht:
- Im Fanshop gibt es leider nichts mit Gentoo logo :(
- es gibt noch kein Cryptpad als One-Klick Installation also muss momentan nextcloud herhalten bis das irgendwie hinbastele.

Sehr guter Service
Ich nutze das Webhosting von Manitu nun schon seit einigen Jahren und habe immer wieder auch Unterstützung beim Kundensupport gesucht. Dieser war immer schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Außerdem hat Manitu ein echt sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältsnis. Ich kann den Anbieter wärmstens empfehlen.

Beim Einrichten Probleme gehabt, Hotline kontaktiert, binnen Minuten wurde kompetent geholfen.
Seither läuft alles reibungslos. Manitu kann ich nur empfehlen, hab ich auch schon!

Der beste Anbieter, den ich je hatte: zuverlässig, unkompliziertes UI, schneller Service, unschlagbarer Preis, und das Versprechen von Menschlichkeit wird eingehalten.

Zuerst wusste ich nicht, wie ich mein Konto richtig nutzen soll, aber dann ist alles normal und ich denke, es ist ein sehr guter Service. Ich empfehle es bereits weiter. Der Service kann verbessert werden, aber für mich ist er so wie er ist sehr gut. Es bleibt nur abzuwarten, ob die Preise gleich bleiben oder ob es Änderungen gibt. Aber ich bin mit dem Service zufrieden.
