Esperienza molto deludente. L’agenzia applica ricarichi esagerati sugli affitti, per case che valgono molto meno rispetto a quanto pagato. Per i clienti italiani, il servizio offerto non è assolutamente proporzionato alla spesa sostenuta. Avevo inviato un’email per segnalare problemi e richiedere un adeguamento, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. Nonostante ciò, sono stati molto puntuali nell’incassare gli acconti. Nella “Villetta Fabio” a Costa Rei, mancavano servizi di base come tovaglie, aspirapolvere, televisione e altri elementi che ci si aspetterebbe in una casa vacanze di questo …

Gentile Sig. Chinello, La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la Sua esperienza. Ci dispiace che la vacanza non abbia pienamente soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Come già comunicatoLe nei mesi scorsi tramite e-mail, l’invio della bolletta dei consumi elettrici è stato un errore da parte nostra, la fattura è stata immediatamente annullata. In merito alle criticità segnalate nella Sua e-mail, il nostro team ha provveduto a intervenire subito per risolvere i problemi più urgenti: sono stati forniti ulteriori utensili da cucina e la pulizia della casa è stata rivista; inoltre, pur non essendo parte della dotazione standard, abbiamo richiesto al nostro personale di consegnare una TV e un aspirapolvere per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. Abbiamo parallelamente informato il proprietario degli elementi strutturali che non è stato possibile ripristinare nell’immediato, affinché possano essere sistemati definitivamente. Ci dispiace anche che la posizione della casa, in prima fila sul mare, non sia stata di Suo gradimento. Sul nostro sito cerchiamo sempre di fornire la massima trasparenza, indicando la posizione esatta dell’alloggio e tutte le informazioni utili sulla zona, così che ogni ospite possa valutare al meglio la scelta. Siamo comunque lieti che Lei abbia accettato il nostro rimborso come gesto di attenzione e per dimostrare la nostra volontà di trovare una soluzione equa. Wir waren 6 Personen in der Villa Nodu Pianu. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Der Buchungsablauf war unkompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Sardegna GmbH weiter.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Service der Sardegna GmbH. Im Vorfeld meiner Reise haben sie mich sehr gut beraten und das angemietete Haus lag perfekt am Strand. Nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder über www.sardinien.de buchen.

Als nicht klar war, ob wir wg. der Reisebeschränkungen fliegen können oder nicht, waren wir im regelmäßigen Austausch mit den freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen von Sardegna und haben auch wg. einer möglicherweise kurzfristigeren Stornierung eine für alle Beteiligten akzeptable Lösung gefunden. Man muss auch etwas Verständnis für die Reiseanbieter und Vermieter in Corona-Zeiten aufbringen. Letzten Endes hat unsere Reise dann aber tatsächlich stattgefunden, wir wurden vorab bestens informiert (mit Video-Botschaft und pdf-Broschüren).
