Liebes Dekofactory Team Köln,
Herzlichen Dank für den hervorragenden Kundenservice!! Ich habe ein Ersatzteil für meine Markise, die ich nicht bei der Dekofactory gekauft habe, angefragt und dieses war innerhalb einer halben Stunde schon beim Hersteller angefragt und per Post auf dem Weg zu mir. Da Kleinartikel sogar kostenlos.
Soviel Service habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt!! Rundum super!

Liebes Team von Dekofactory Bonn,

ich kann mangels Konto bei Google leider keine Rezension schreiben.
Die Auswahl und die Montage der beiden Plisses ist problemlos gelungen.
Der Monteur war überpünktlich und hat zuverlässig und schnell seinen Auftrag
erledigt.
Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden (volle Punktzahl) und komme auch gerne wieder.

Holzjalousien
Nach einer ausführlichen Beratung am Telefon, habe ich mich für die Holzjalousien entschieden. Wie versprochen waren die Jalousien nach 2 Wochen da. Sehr schöne Optik und auch die Qualität stimmt. Der Preis ist auch angemessen. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Vertikalvorhänge mit wirklich gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Haben für unser Office 8 Vertikalvorhänge an der nach Süden ausgerichteten Fensterfront montiert.
Qualitativ entsprechen die Anlagen genau unseren Erwartungen. Die hellgrauen Lamellen bieten einen guten Kompromiss zwischen Sonnenschutz und Verdunklung. Die Montage war einfach und das Ergebnis überzeugt.
Dieses Produkt kann man ohne weiteres Weiterempfehlen.

Sehr guter Service
Leider hat eine der bestellten Jalousien nicht korrekt funktioniert. Es wurde erst versucht, sie im Geschäft in München zu richten, musste dann aber neu bestellt werden.
Die Lieferung dauert wahrscheinlich 4 Wochen, somit 1 Stern Abzug.
