Wir haben über Rügen ABC eine Ferienwohnung in Bansin für Juli 2024 gebucht. Die Buchung verlief zwar schnell und unkompliziert, vor Ort entsprach die Unterkunft jedoch aus unserer Sicht nicht der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung wies mehrere Mängel auf, war nicht ausreichend sauber und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Den Vermieter konnten wir trotz mehrerer Versuche telefonisch nicht erreichen, auch auf unsere E-Mails erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung. Vom Vermittler hätten wir uns in dieser Situation mehr Unterstützung gewünscht. Außer dem Hinweis, den Vermieter zu kontaktieren, erhielten wir ke…

Besser direkt buchen. Der Spaß über Rügen abc hat mich 300 Euro mehr gekostet. Habe den gleichen Urlaub noch einmal für den Spätsommer gebucht, direkt! Keine Onlinebuchungsgebühr mehr auf der Rechnung und auch keine separaten 25 Euro Servicegebühr von Rügen abc mehr. Ich bin enttäuscht, wie hier Kasse gemacht wurde. Die 25 Euro hätte ich noch verstanden, aber diese Onlinebuchungsgebühr, da hörts echt auf.

Super Service, um 14 Uhr eine Anfrage gestellt, 14:10 ein Angebot erhalten. Dann hatte ich noch eine Frage und habe Angerufen, sofort war eine freundliche Dame am Telefon und hat mir meine Wünsche beantwortet und die Buchung für mich getätigt. Jetzt freuen wir uns auf einen schönen Urlaub auf Rügen😀
