Stornierung aus gesundheitlichen Gründen wird teuer
Auf Grund einer OP musste ich unseren Urlaub im Mai (04.05.-11.05.) jetzt im Januar stornieren.
Dafür darf ich jetzt 35,00 € Bearbeitungsgebühr bezahlen. Frage mich für was.
Die Buchung selbst haben wir schon im August 2024 vorgenommmen und mit 25,00€ Servicepauschale bezahlt - ist aber was anderes, wurde mir gesagt. Ich finde es nicht gerechtfertigt.
Die Buchung selbst war in Ordnung.

Super Portal für die Vermittlung von Ferienunterkünften auf Rügen
Beim Durchsuchen des Internets fanden wir diese Vermittlungsagentur. Nach der Auswahl einer Ferienwohnung in Sassnitz, ging es an die Buchung. Während des Buchungsprozesses wird alles sehr transparent und ohne versteckte Kosten dargestellt. Der Mietpreis, die Endreinigungskosten, Kurtaxe und einen kleine Vermittlungsgebühr werden sofort als eine Summe dargestellt und auch im gesamten abgerechnet. Ein ganz großes Plus! Bei manchen Vermittlungsagenturen muss man nämlich 3x hinschauen um keine finanzielle Überraschung zu erleben. Die Buchung wurde sofort bestätigt und die Kosten nochmals detailliert ausgewiesen. Die Zahlungsabwicklung klappte auch wunderbar. Alles in allem ein grossartiger "Komplettservice". Wir können nur sagen: "Weiter so!"

Hallo, es war ein toller Urlaub auf Rügen.
ruegen-abc.de ist einfach und verständlich. Super ist auch das man mit den Leuten bei Fragen telefonieren kann. Sie rufen schnellst möglich zurück, wenn Sie mal nicht erreichbar sind.
Tolle Auswahl an Unterkünften. Würde wieder dort buchen.
