First of all and important for a locksmith, he speaks English, which is helpful for people who don't speak German. I had my key with me but I couldn't open the door because the lock was damaged. He explained well how much he will charge and came quickly to help me. The price is pretty fair for opening the door and changing a new lock on Sunday. Great service! Highly recommend!
