I orderred Replacement ink toner cartridger on 02 July 2020.
DHL tried to deliver the parcel on Tuesday last week. They claim that they could not find the adress. I verified the adress and it is correct.
Even though my Mobile number and email adress are known to them theey did not contact me.
i have sent 3 emails to them enquiring and requesting the exact location of where the package is currently held. No reply is received from them.
I want to know where the package is currently held, as well as a contact number of the place where it is held in order for me to arrange dekllivery of the package asap.
