Good customer service.

I was a first time buyer on the website.
Navigating, searching, shopping was easy. It was a bank account payment, went fast. After the money was confirmed, the shipping was fast. Contacting the seller about the shipping and tracking number, I received a prompt answer on the same day, I can't remeber the exact arriving times, but it was like a week or so. First batch was missing a pack of seeds, I contacted the seller about it. Without a question, after 5 days I received a tracking number for the missing seeds. Everything arrived. I am very satisfied with the customer service and fairly quick reaction times. I can't form opinion about the seed's vigor, as I haven't sow them yet. (I am also a beginner gardener.) My overall experience was very good with this shop and I already told about it to some of my friends.
