Consistently best pricing for shipment to the USA (even including shipping in most cases), but that's actually secondary to the remarkable customer service and support provided by Benjamin seemingly 24/7. Buying from Berondi is more like staying at a familiar B&B with an attentive host than it is like internet commerce. It's true that all four of the vendors I've bought Demeyere pots, Zwilling knives, olivewood utensils, and Staub cast iron from have been responsive and eager to please even when doing so cost them extra ... but Berondi combines these qualities with rock bottom prices and a kind of twinkle to the transaction. I can't quite capture it exactly, but it is kind of addictive ... I set out to buy one or two pots and wound up finding a combination of price point and helpful responsiveness that made me decide to replace all of my non-stick with stainless Demeyere 7-ply. I've been cooking with the new pots for several months now and my only regret is that I didn't come across Berondi and Demeyere a couple of decades ago.

Bottom line is this: I typically don't write online reviews. But I feel strongly enough about this company that I'd write individual letters of reference if there were some way to do so. It's a strong counter-=example to my cynical belief that the Internet is killing hospitality and the human touch in retail. Could not feel more strongly about the quality of the products and the service provided b y the seller.
