My order arrived last Tuesday and I was very pleased with the items that I ordered. The items were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

The items I ordered included a red skillet which was out of stock. When I inquired as to why I hadn't been notified of a shipping time . Mr. Korth said my order was being held until the red skillet was available. He checked and found that red skillet in the size I wanted would not be available until 2023. He offered to cancel my order and refund my payment. I opted for the skillet in gray.

I'm very impressed with this company's service and I'm sure I will place an order in the future.
