excellent customer service

first of all, I am not that kinda of person writing review stuff but I want to do that for berondi. I bought staub pot from Berondi for the first time. it took almost 3months to arrive because of the covid. but I am still happy to buy stuff from berondi because of their excellent customer service. every time when I emailed them, they replied straight away and when there is issue with product, they did their best to make customer happy. they are very responsible for their product. I have already recommend berondi to my friends and workmates who are big fan of fency pots.
