Excellent service throughout

We decided to upgrade our cookware to stainless steel and decided on a range of Demeyere items. Berondi were the only ones to have stock in everything we needed (even Demeyere’s parent site showed “out of stock”). Having read many glowing reviews online about Berondi we decided to purchase with them. We were not disappointed. The quality of the Demeyere products is matched by the excellent service provided by Berondi. Friendly, good communication and only dealt with the same person throughout (shoutout to Benjamin and the warehouse staff). A pleasurable online purchase experience. Products arrived in good time and packaged well. Very happy with the service and highly recommended. Will go back again.
