Impressed
The customer care from berondi is both impressing and feels very refreshing compared to todays automated web shops. Don't misunderstand me, the shop is well up to par with anything else, correctly calculated transport, currency and similar. And I'm very satisfied with my Demeyere frying pan.
But many shops sell the same pan, what's different with berondi? Well, since i found out by chance, let me try to explain.
I usually answers "Are you satisfied with out delivery?"-emails. In the best of cases the shop will respond with an automated "Thank you".
Here, it was obviously a real human who read my answer and took the time to write an email back. He did even send some extra links to show how to use my pan in case I had missed them, just to make sure I got the best use out of it.
I will shop at berondi again. I will also recommend friends and family to do the same. I am sure they too will be very well taken care of.
