Very hard to find something to complain on!

Excellent extensive range of products at reasonable prices, and provides shipping to countries outside EU. Specifically for Demeyere products, many other online sellers with English websites do not provide shipping to Australia and for those that do their products are often overpriced and their product range is certainly nowhere near as extensive.

Also very friendly and helpful customer service, and quick to respond.
