That being said I would like to tackle one or two things you have mentioned.
1. In the case of a borrower defaulting, our collection specialists go through a series of steps to collect the loan amount. This includes; regular emails, almost daily phone calls & text messages, followed by letters threatening legal action. If these measures fail and the loan is charged off we bring in a debt collection agency and disclose the information of the borrower to the lenders, so they may pursue legal action.
2. There is little evidence to suggest that borrowers from smaller countries have lower repayment rates than borrowers from large countries.
3. I know our customer support works incredible hard to ensure every member of the Bitbond community is taken care off. I am sorry that your experience did not match that of the overwhelming majority.
4. Finally, bitcoin loans are just like regular fiat loans in terms of their legal status. A borrower who defaults on a bitcoin loan is just as culpable to legal action, as a borrower who defaults on a fiat loan.
