very skeptical

I was very skeptical using a service to get my passport for me, but I needed my passport updated right away, a colleague told me about this company. So I decided to take the risks. They emailed me all the necessary file to fill and without hassles I got my passport delivered to me. No appointments. It was better service than I expected, and I'll definitely be using them again.
