On a positive note, the customer service associate was very friendly. However, in addition to my package being delivered later than originally indicated, there was a lot of additional packaging that was not required. I only ordered 3 items and they were shipped in a box that was a lot larger than necessary and all the empty spaces were stuffed with packaging paper. It is definitely possible to ship products in a post sustainable, environmentally conscious way.
