I ordered a package on July 31st, expecting delivery by August 2nd. Instead, you've delayed it to August 3rd or 4th and made me responsible for DHL details and potential collection. This is extremely inconvenient, especially considering local pharmacies offer same-day or next-day delivery for similar products. Your website is slow and frustrating, and the lack of order updates is unacceptable. I expect improved order tracking, faster delivery, and a better website experience to match the service provided by local pharmacies. For me, it is "never again" as going physically to a local pharmacy is more convenient.
