I ordered a stove from US through Fluchtrucksack even though I live in Sweden. I thought it might be good to have a more local contact in case of any problems would occur. I ended up with some minor quality problems that I addressed to the US company, they agreed that the quality issue weren't in line with their brand. So they offered a discount. I accepted but they couldn't pay me due to the fact that I hadn't bought it directly from them. When this was known to Fluchtrucksack they arranged a discount from the US company on a ordered they placed and gave me my discount. Smoothly solved by Fluchtrucksack. Thanks a lot.
