Carina

Since I had strange reactions ('allergic') to the flour grind by mills with Ko-Ke stones, I almost gave up using fresh home grind flour. Then I found web site of the Salzburger mills and read about their mills with granite stones. Mrs. Thurner was also so kind and sent me a sample of their flour to test it. Now I am more than a year owner of the Carina mill and I love it. It is just right size for me, everything taste even better I could imagine before. And the best of all is that I have no reactions to this flour.
