After misunderstanding on the begging how to set the mill properly, I am very satisfied with the quality of a flour and the followed final products. It is really absolutely something different than I know from shops. I very appreciate the support what I got from the supplier during a choosing of the right mill and the solving my issue on the begging. I wish to the supplier everything the best in the future.
