I live in the US state of Colorado and recently bought a M5. I did a lot of research on many mills. Ordering a product oversees was riskier than buying something produced in the states. However, I was drawn to the Salzburger because of its handmade craftsmanship and dedication to quality. I also like to buy from small companies that emphasize quality. At first, I was very nervous spending the money on a mill from a company that I had no experience with. But their communication throughout the process was great and they delivered an amazing product. This mill is more powerful than my other three mills and is built to last a long time. It is beautiful to have in the kitchen and produces great flour, especially fine flour. It will be used regularly in our household. If you mill flour and are passionate about eating healthy foods, then there is not a better machine to have in your kitchen. Great product.
