Salzburger Grain Mill Max Special
I have been making my own sourdough bread for over 7 years now, and I finally decided to buy a mill to grind my own seed. It used to take me about 15 mins to make a bread using store bought flour. I was expecting the process of making bread including milling to take a lot longer, but in reality it only takes an extra five mins because while I'm milling I'm still preparing the water, mother and other stuff.
For the extra five mins I'm getting a bread that tastes better, stays fresher (still good to eat without toasting) on the second day, and is obviously healthier.
The mill has a heavy duty feel to it, performs it's job easily, and also looks good.
The service is, I think the best I have ever come across. Friendly and willing to help and very fast to answer any queries.
I highly recommend these people and their product.
For the record: I have only milled spelt flour so far and have used it for about a month.
