I bought a box of 25. Fast delivery. Original cigars.
But. They forgot to put my gift in the box... It's ok, we are humans, but I wasn't expecting an answer like " I am really sorry"
Good companies would send a small envelope the next day,. The cost, minimum. Customer, NPS 100%.
