The shipment of your cigars has taken a little longer due to Christmas Holidays in Germany, which is normal. On the other hand DHL is slower as well during these days.

We informed you about this delay beforehand and offered you to cancel the order and refund the payment. You decided not to cancel and to wait for the goods to arrive.

I do understand waiting for a shipment is not perfect but this was your explicit decision.

Apart from the public holidays over Christmas our shipping service is extremely fast.
