English Please

I have ordered since the above mentioned order. My feedback is in general.
It was only my basic knowledge of Dutch that helped work out roughly what this email is asking for. English would be great for your international customers like me !
For Hacico themselves ? Same thing really. I cannot work out how to request a notification or message to tell me when an item is back in stock after selling out.
How do I do it ? Twice I have tried but to no avail. I keep missing out and I don't like it.
I do not know what "sonderaangebot" means .... sonder means "without" in my mother-tongue which has Germanic roots and "aanbied" means offer ... so "without offer" means "sold out" ?
I am South African and my mother-tongue is Afrikaans.
WoW ! I wish it was not so difficult to reply to YOU and give decent feedback to HACICO (?)

Another example if I may:
Even after one has pressed the icon for the English Desktop version, the item I want has "jetzt vormerken" in red. What the hell does that mean ? On order ?
Maybe one day I will eventually get to order and taste the Flor de Filipinas Petit Torpedo - I do not know what "jetzt Vormerken" means (not the reserve, I cannot afford it yet)
