evaluation

Dear Hacico staff,
Altogether I'm very satisfied with the way you handled my orders so far, you have sent me a little extra gift on both occasions, which is a very nice touch, the only thing I could mention though, is delivery time, which was a bit long in both cases.
Could you let me know of your average leadtime (from order to posting package) to Hungary,
so I can calculate with it on my future orders?
Thanks again, and wish you a Happy New Year in 2018!
Best regards, Laszlo Oros
