Exceptional but Disappointing

I have placed 12 orders with Hamburger Zigarren Contor in the last 18 months. The average time from order to receipt of goods is 7-8 days. 6 days is not uncommon and one order came in 4 days. My order 9020 of 11 Aug was not sent until 21 Aug and not received until 26 Aug. This was without any forewarning, explanation or apology which I found to be impolite and disappointing
