Order #9511

Dear Hacico Staff,
It is quite strange that you have asked me to evaluate your services, since I had a serious problem that I had to solve myself without any help from Hacico staff. Orders # 9509 and #9511 were confused and despite of my two e-mails I did not received any reflections from Hacico. Luckily we could solve the problem and safely exchange our parcels, but this happened merely due to the honor of the two costumers. I firmly believe, that a webshop should be prepared for such problems, Hacico has apparently no idea what to do in such cases.
