Did not recieve product due to bad shipping service and did not get my money back yet
I ordered a toner for my printer. It was supposed to get delivered with Hermes, and when tracking the shipping it obviously got delivered, but I did not recieve any information about it either online or at my address. When I contacted Trensco they could inform me that the product had been delivered to a neighbour in my house, but the neighbour they informed me about does not exist.
After a while I could see that the package was registered as returned to sender, but when informing Trensco about this I did not hear from them. The package got returned more than 7 days ago and I still did not hear from them or get my money back.
I guess Trensco is alright, but they use a pretty bad shipping service and they are very slow on customer service. Therefore I would advice everyone to consider to buy therir products elsewhere.
