Would be a 5 star rating, but ordered an XL black and was sent a small one. Emailed to request a correction and the next day the correct one was delivered. Seemed a bit odd that there was no reply to my email, but happy that it was corrected. This service is great for my Epson printer as the cheap cartridges work perfectly and make it affordable. The original ones are stupidly over-priced..
