Impeccable costomer service

I ordered 4 pieces of my favourite bong from Head-Nature, and when I received the order I noticed all of the base pipes were cut way too short, the bongs were pretty much useless. I wrote back to the customer service e-mail address, and politely explained my grievance with the products with attached pictures. They answered really quickly, and resolved the matter by sending me new bases for all 4 bongs, and 2 whole new ones as a freebie. All I asked was to get new base pipes. This could have been a perfect opportunity to scam someone without consequences, but they decided to go the extra mile, make things right, and to top it off with some bonus stuff. I can't recommend this head shop enough, they do business with integrity and consideration, and the products are really well priced considering their good quality.
