Service from Hidden Audio is great. The product was delivered on time. But I have to mention that the delivery experience with DHL was horrible. I cannot blame Hidden Audio for that, that's why I gave it a five star. So my only suggestion to Hidden Audio is perhaps they should use another courier company.
