Feedback for Ganti

I would like to provide this feedback to my brother Granit given he has helped me in opening my account at INAIA GmbH.
Granit is a very good person whose really good at sales. He was able to give me answers to all questions that I asked and when he was unsure about the correct answer, he was investigating that first and getting back to me later with the correct answer where this action builds a very good trust in the professional service industry.
Granit is knowledgeable about the industry that INAIA operates in and even about finance/accounting topics.
I would; however, to give one feedback to INAIA in general about one important step in the process of opening an account for new customers. I would prefer that INAIA gives me the name of the bank that the deposit/locker/box will be located in before opening an account since this will give me better security that there is a real deposit/locker/box at a real place (bank) in Germany. Otherwise, I am generally satisfied about the process!
