I am a new customer, but will be back!

I have bought seeds for the first time this year from Magic Garden Seeds GmbH, and I was impressed by the fact that my order arrived swiftly, and that there was English on nearly all the seed packets. Furthermore, whenever I contacted them, in English, they always replied in English. My apologies that I don't speak German, but thank you so much for accommodating me.

Then I had a little germination problems (most likely my lack of experience for these), and Magic Garden Seeds responded to my problem immediately, and replaced the seed, as well as sending some others for me to try. THANK YOU!!!

As a result in your excellent customer service, I have promoted your excellence on a gardening facebook group where I live, in France. And lots of people are really happy to hear of a new supplier for us Brits who chose to live in Europe :)
