Das Training und den Kontakt empfand ich als angenehm. Ich habe mein Gewciht reduzieren wollen und etwa 5 Kilo abgenommen. Es war wirklich schön so viele Tipps u bekommen und auch im Sport mal eine richtige Richtung zu bekommen.
