I have purchased music (cds) from Naturmacht several times and have rarely had any issues. Shipping prices are fair and the shipping time is reasonable for traveling overseas to the US.
There was one time I was sent the incorrect item. Rob, who runs Naturmacht, was quick to respond to my emails and made things right (he even tossed in a free cd for my troubles.) I can tell he takes great pride in his work and runs Naturmacht very professionally.
I really enjoy Naturmacht's releases, and will happily continue to do business with them in the future.
