Terrible user experience.

I have had two bad experiences with this company. I initially tried registering a few months ago. I called the school to try to understand what went wrong with my registration process. Seems like I did everything right but was not fast enough. I called in to to learn more about how to prepare for next time.

Today was my second time trying to register for the course. Even with being prepared and being ready 9.15 I still was not able to register when registration started at 9.15. If I could I would give 1 star. Terrible user experience. I am so disappointed.

We regret that you were unable to register on your chosen course. The available course places are limited and are very popular. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to guarantee a place on the course.
Due to a lot of feedback on the day the course was activated, we realized that there was a problem with our external service provider due to the intensive accesses to the course. The problem was resolved during that day and should not occur again in the future.
