Absolutelly outstanding service and support, very friendly team

Greetings from the other side of the world (New Zealand).

I came across with companies more or less focused on offering a pleasant customer experience. However, dealing with DALAP was a new experience to me, and a very pleasant one.
The focus they have on offering the best possible customer experience goes to the extreme. And, trust me, I am really fussy :) .
Gert was so helpful and it was a real pleasure to communicate with him. Sorry I had to communicate in English, as my German became very (I mean VERY) rusty due to not using it for so many years.
It was such a pleasant experience as I believe this team can be consider to be a model for other companies.
