It was an absolute joy, not only to receive the exquisite opal, but also the communication beforehand. I could not come to Kirschweiler and received the opal via insured post. Communication about this was very kind, patient and joyful. Seeing the actual opal was such a surprise, even more beautiful and radiant then I could have imagined looking at the photos and videos. I am grateful.
