At first everything seamed fine and part of my order (acctualy only one product) came in two days (in address I provided in Germany though. God knows how long would take them to deliver it to Croatia), but than the nightmare began. I was informed that the rest of my order was not available, althoug it was available in webshop of the time of shoping 30 November 2020 and I was able to put it in the cart and pai for it. The customer service replied immediately and asked me to wait for a while, which I did. But after 20 days of waiting I decided to go for some alternative products. Than the customer service purely and obviously started procrastination and for all my alternative choices first answred that they need to contact the warehouse, than they would tell me that there is no that product in stock and so on... I kindla asked them to provide me with the list of product that they acctualy have in stock to make it easier to choose, but no. The only thing they didi is to send me some e-mails with smiles and winks assuring me that the webshop is up to date.
The webshop is not up to date. Even today I can put in the cart the product I ordered 22 days ago for which they claim is not in stock to deliver. Some other (but rare) are clearly in red with the note not available.
Just horrible experience, such a wase of time and efforts, not to mention the money (I'm a professional groomer and the ordered goods are not something I need for fun).
