Terrible service
Package was full of cookie crumbs and other trash.
One LP arrived with production damage. But it was almost impossible to get a conversation going with Animate Records and no chance to get the LP replaced.
We offered to send back the damaged LP, but no replies to emails in the end.
Now the LP has been paid for and we only have a damaged copy and a few derogatory email replies from Animate Records.
Very unprofessional attitude. We will never deal with this rip off label again and will do anything we can to let other people know about our experience.
