I really had to say that their customer service is top notch- for small questions/inquiries or issue resolution- they are fast and thorough as responding, I trust them 100% and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Having a customer service with integrity who cares is worth a lot more than shopping with the big sites where you don't know what you're going to get.
